About Our Founder
I am a compassionate leader, educator, and consultant with over 30 years of experience serving children, families, and organizations around the world. My work has centered on early childhood development, trauma-informed care, and faith-based leadership—bridging the worlds of education, mental health, and ministry.
With a master’s degree in Human Service Administration and specialized certification in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, I’ve dedicated my career to helping others create environments where children can thrive. From ministry leadership and nonprofit development to international missions and early childhood consultation, my passion is to nurture growth—both in the hearts of children and in the leaders who guide them.
Now based in Rwanda, I’m building spaces and systems that honor the wonder of childhood through play, connection, and developmental support. Whether designing a play-based learning environment, coaching ministry leaders, or equipping educators, my work is grounded in one belief: every child deserves to be seen, supported, and celebrated.
I am a mother of four, mother-in-law of three, and grandmother of two.
